Rehearsal Dinner

Dress comfortable!
There will be appetizers and light drinks served. Kids are welcome! Those who are a part of the wedding party will be required to attend for practice before the big day! Jeans, khakis, t-shirts, polos, or what ever you feel most comfortable in! No pajamas or revealing attire will be permitted (kids will be present so dress modest, please). The purpose of the Rehearsal Dinner is to be knowledgeable and comfortable performing each of our roles at the appropriate time! We will do a practice "line up" and "walk" to ensure everyone is confident on our big day! PLEASE ask questions during the Rehearsal Dinner, if you have them, as there may not be time to address questions or concerns before or at the wedding, and we don't want anyone feeling confused or left out!

Groom, Groomsmen, Ring Bearer Photo Shoot
9:00 am - 10:30 am

Please come dressed in wedding attire, ready for the photo shoot!
Groomsmen and Bridesmaids will take part in photo shoots separately, in order to prevent the Groom from catching a glimpse of the Bride before the ceremony! Only children in the wedding party OR 12+ years of age will be permitted on the venue during the photo shoot. If you have younger children, please arrange for their care prior to the photo shoot. Trust us, we know how stressful it can be to participate in a photo shoot while supervising young children and have plenty of volunteers to help any parent in need (free of charge, of course)! Guests will be captured throughout the day, during the ceremony and reception! Photographers will be available from 6 pm until 9 pm for solo, couple, and family photos, at no charge to you! (Enjoy!)
Bride, Bridesmaids & Flower Girl Photo Shoot

Wedding

Business casual/semi-casual attire for all attendees. Clean western boots, dress shoes, boat shoes, heels, flats, dress sandals all welcome! (No tennis shoes or casual sandals such as flip flops, please.)
A pasta buffet will be provided to all guests, free of charge. There will be an open bar, but the cost of drinks will not be covered. Bar tender will reserve the right to validate legal age and refuse service to anyone underage or visibly intoxicated.
Reception

Semi-Formal, Business Casual, Western Formal (Please refrain from dressing in all-white attire, as this is reserved for the bride only!)
Those who are a part of the wedding party (groomsmen, bridesmaids, flower girls, mothers/fathers of the bride/groom) will be required to participate in photo shoots, which will take place periodically throughout the day. We want to capture the beauty of our special day with our family friends that helped make it all possible! NOTE: Ripped jeans, see-through or provocative attire, short skirts/dresses, tennis shoes, casual sandals (flip flops, crocs, etc.) are NOT permitted! Be aware children will be attending, so please dress modest and respectful at all times. Men'a Attire: Clean western boots are welcome, along with men's dress shoes, canvas shoes, and boat shoes. Button-down shirts or polos; dress pants, khakis, or jeans. Women's Attire: Semi-formal, business casual, or autumn dresses; button-down shirts, one-piece outfits, polos, formal or semi-formal blouses, or semi-formal/business-casual sweaters; dress pants/khakis, skirts; heels, flats, or formal sandals.
