Isaac and Sari met through a mutual friend, whose vehicle had broken down. Late into a hot summer night in a little town called Vilonia, Isaac came to the rescue with a friend of his. The two men hooked the two vehicles up with a chain (borrowed from a police officer who came to offer his assistance), and towed Sari and her friend back to the friend's house. After arriving, Sari and Isaac struck up a conversation outside in the driveway, which turned from a conversation under the summer stars to a beautiful sunrise painted across the horizon. The following weeks were spent in the same manner - night after night, conversations that started under stars and ended with the sunrise. The first kiss came after a month of these recurring moments together, when Isaac gave Sari her first taste of eternity, and from there, their love has only grown.

Isaac arranged a dinner with Sari's father to formally request permission to ask for Sari's hand in marriage. After getting the blessing, Isaac rented out an entire section of a restaurant and brought both families together. After an incredible meal and some comical stories among both families, Isaac stood and asked for everyone's attention. He began by saying that he'd never imagined he'd find another person that understood and loved him on such a deep level. He struggled to maintain his composure as he talked about how much he loves Sari, how she completes every part of him, and how he couldn't imagine living his life without her. When Sari stood up with him to support him through the tears, Isaac went down to one knee as he pulled out a beautiful diamond ring in a black velvet case. Isaac asked confidently, as he held Sari's hand, "Sari, will you marry me?" Sari responded yes with enthusiasm and love, as Isaac placed the ring on her finger. They both stood together and embraced, as both families rejoiced together by clapping and hugging one another.
