The ceremony will be held on the beach just past the access from the pool area at North Beach Resort. Guests may be dropped off at the resort or park in the resort’s (limited) parking garage. A shuttle will be making round trips from the rotunda in front 21 Main, around the corner from where the cocktail and reception will be held to the resort tower pool deck. A welcome reception will be held on the pool deck starting at 5PM where champagne and fruit will be served before the ceremony, everyone will be instructed to go to the beach when it is time for the ceremony to begin. Once the ceremony is completed, the shuttle will return guests to 21 Main Events where the cocktail hour and reception will be held.
We want our wedding to be a joyful celebration for everyone and we plan to party into the night! While children are welcome to attend, the festivities will be geared towards adults so you might prefer to arrange childcare. Unfortunately, there will not be any on-site space for caregiver and children to hang out separately from the reception.
In the event of inclement weather, we will make the decision that afternoon to move the ceremony to where the cocktail hour and reception will be held. The ceremony would instead take place in thier open air semi covered courtyard. However, it is common that time of year to have some afternoon showers pop up and disappear quickly. We will post an update if the plan has changed to move the ceremony, so plan on heading to the beach unless posted otherwise.
We will be serving a plated dinner, you will have the option to choose your meal from a few options at your table. So no need to choose your dinner a month in advance, choose that night! If you have any dietary restrictions, please let us know in advance, we will see if they can make accommodations.
