Things To Do in Chicago

We're excited to share a few of our favorite places in Chicago with you!

Parlor Pizza

108 N Green St., Chicago IL, IL 60607

Help Charlie achieve his new year resolution of #eatingmorepizza, by dining at one of our favorite (non deep dish) spots.

Au Cheval

800 W Randolph St, Chicago, IL 60607

Best burger of your life. This place also served us a fried bologna sandwich with candles in it for Charlie's birthday one year. Bologna cake, surprisingly delicious.

Chicago Lakefront Trail

Chicago, IL 60614

Our favorite Sunday activity, walk or bike the 18 mile trail on the lakefront. Stop for beachfront eats and sight seeing along the way!

Bar Siena

832 W Randolph St., Chicago, IL 60607

Casual Italian fare + buzzy bar with an outdoor patio.

Green Street Smoked Meats

112 N Green St., Chicago, IL 60607

Hip BBQ spot in Fulton Market. Beware of the meat sweats.

Girl & The Goat

809 W Randolph St., Chicago, IL 60607

Indulgent spot for brunch with a diner vibe. Be sure to get the biscuits and gravy.

Goose Island Brewhouse

1800 N Clybourn Ave, Chicago, IL 60614

Charlie's favorite tater tots in the city. Must pair with a flight of Goose Island teddy brewskis.

The 606

1805 N Ridgeway Ave, Chicago, IL 60647

Walk or run The 606 Trail. Hop off at Damen to shop on our favorite high street.

Etta

1840 W North Ave, Chicago, IL 60622

Great spot for brunch or dinner (and our fav double date spot with Catherine & Sean!). Don't skip out on the focaccia or cacio e pepe.

Club Lucky

1824 W Wabansia Ave, Chicago, IL 60622

The Bilbrey's favorite neighborhood spot with the most authentic Italian you can find. Our secret menu item is the caesar salad with calamari. Must be paired with a dirty martini. Would recommend inviting the Savages if you dine here.

Big Star

1531 N Damen Ave, Chicago, IL 60622

Sit outside for tacos & spicy margs in the heart of Wicker Park. If you go on a Sunday, stop by the Wicker Park Farmer's Market afterwards.

Lottie's Pub

1925 W Cortland St, Chicago, IL 60622

Our favorite dive bar where we like to pretend we went to U of I.

Cindy's Rooftop

12 S Michigan Ave, Chicago, IL 60603

For Chicago first-timers, Cindy's is a must do for brunch. Overlook The Bean and Millennium Park while dining outside.

Stan's Donuts & Coffee

1301 W Lake St., Chicago, IL 60607

It's worth it.

For all the days along the way
