Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, we've decided to push back the Wedding Celebration until November 14th, 2021. We were very lucky to have a small marriage ceremony in March. We truly felt the love from everyone near and far. We can't thank you enough for all of the support! We look forward to sharing the Indian wedding festivities with everyone in 2021! Thank you for understanding and we hope everyone is staying safe and well!

Varun proposed to Sarah at the Marie Selby Botanical Gardens in Sarasota. Sarah’s mom, Sandra, convinced her daughter to get her hair done and drive down to Sarasota for her birthday dinner (and yes, Varun plans all surprises on birthdays). Sarah could tell her mom was acting strange when she packed a cooler of champagne to take to the restaurant, but she convinced herself it was just “Classic Mom Behavior.” On the way to dinner, Sandra said they were going to make a pit stop at the gardens. They found Varun waiting next to a historic Banyan Tree where he got down on one knee (and friend Purva hiding behind the bushes snapping pictures!) Afterwards, he surprised her with more of their best friends waiting at the restaurant!
