Travel from Tacoma to Seattle

If you would like to go sightseeing in Seattle, there is the Sounder Train that only takes about 50 minutes to get downtown. The Sounder Train has a major stop at the Tacoma Dome Station which is easy to find in downtown Tacoma. The Sounder train is an easy and affordable option to get up to Seattle without traffic. There are kiosks to pay for a ticket at the train station.

Travel within Tacoma

If you need a way to get around Tacoma for pub hopping and seeing local museums downtown, there is a free train called Link Light Rail. Additionally, and conveniently, the Link ends at the Tacoma Dome Station which has a train that goes to Seattle.

If you are curious about particular neighborhoods please let us know and we can assist. I would recommend looking in Tacoma, Lakewood, Steilacoom or University Place for lodging options.
