Transportation is provided for our wedding guests from the Hilton to the Reception Venue and back to the Hilton by Overland Chauffeured Services. For our wedding guests staying at the Hilton Country Club Plaza, we will be providing a shuttle service from the hotel to the reception at Homestead Country Club and back to the Hilton at the end of the reception. The shuttle will remain onsite at the reception throughout the evening should anyone need to return to the hotel. At the end of the reception, it will whisk Sarah & Justin off to an unknown location and return shortly to transport guests back to the Hilton. The first shuttle will leave the Hilton promptly at 5:00pm and head to the reception. Please begin gathering in the Hilton’s hotel lobby or out in the circle drive by 4:50pm. Because the shuttle has capacity for 23 guests, it will take a few trips back & forth to transport all of our guests from the hotel but it is a short drive. The hotel lobby bar is available for you to enjoy while waiting for the next shuttle. Again, at the end of the reception, the shuttle will begin transporting guests back to the Hilton once it has taken Sarah & Justin to their destination. Homestead Country Club has a bar available for you to enjoy while waiting for the shuttle. The shuttle will run continuously with the last shuttle leaving Homestead at approximately 11:45pm If you wish to enjoy the shuttle, please text Cindy Vann at 573-220-9683 by 8/24/23. Please include your name, best contact number the day of the wedding, if you will be riding TO reception, FROM reception or BOTH TO & FROM reception and the number of guests that would like to jump on board! A list will be given to the driver to ensure all our guests that wish to enjoy the shuttle are accounted for and transported to and from the reception successfully.
