The wedding location! Check out the views from the gorgeous rooftop bar and grab a bite to eat at Beebe's downstairs, or the cafe in the lobby.
SculptureCenter
A free sculpture center with rotating exhibits. We pop in often on our way down to Long Island City. A perfect, quick stop on a day of exploring.
Focal Point Beer Co
One of our favorite breweries with a huge outdoor space and a great selection. Grab food from any of the amazing restaurants in the plaza and set up with a beer outside at a picnic table on a beautiful day. We recommend Sofun Noodle Bar and Sobremesa Cocina.
JACX&CO Food Hall
One of our favorite spots to grab a bite to eat. This food hall is full of options, comfy seating, and a full bar. No matter which option you pick, you won't be disappointed. We recommend Taim Mediterranean.
MoMA PS1
A museum in a former elementary school, MoMA PS1 has rotating art installations and a huge, gorgeous courtyard. Keep an eye out for events on the weekends when the weather is warm.
Selo Restaurant
An incredible Serbian/Croatian restaurant. You have to try the burek!
Socrates Sculpture Park
A park along the east river featuring rotating, often interactive exhibits.
Astoria Park
The biggest park in Astoria right on the East River with a view of Manhattan and the Hell Gate Bridge.
The Bier & Cheese Collective
A spot with a lot of memories for us. This was our go to spot when we first moved to Astoria. Incredible beer selection, gourmet grilled cheese, and a beautiful backyard.
Dutch Kills Playground
Cute playground right by the hotel for the kids!
Finback LIC
Great beer & great bartenders! An incredible menu of snacks too. Tell Matt behind the bar we said hi!
