Prince’s iconic home, recording studio, and performance venue. Paisley Park is now run by his estate, and when you visit you get an in depth guided tour. If you have not been and have an afternoon to spare, this is a must-see! Make sure if you’d like to visit, that you secure tickets in advance (time slots can fill out quickly). Pro Tip: this one is only a 5 minute drive from where the post-wedding brunch will be!
An iconic Minneapolis destination! The sculpture garden outside is free and open to the public and a pedestrian bridge connects the garden to Loring Park. Day passes can be purchased for the Walker Art Center, which features contemporary artists!
This art museum is open 365 days a year, and has an extensive collection that can keep you occupied for hours. It is always free to attend (the vast majority of) the MIA, and they also have a few additional exhibits that can be viewed with paid admission.
This brewery features fruit forward beers (although IPA fans will find enjoyable things here as well) and a lovely patio space with a view of the Mississippi and downtown. This spot is also a short drive or bike ride from the Ogden Bird residence and wedding venue. They also have delicious food options.
