While we want to fill the room to the brim with extra love, we have a strict limit on the capacity of our space. If you RSVP on our website, you will be able to see all the names included in your party. We would love to host additional guests at our other parties surrounding the wedding weekend! Funky formal! This is a very loose attire suggestion - we want y'all to show up authentically and in the clothes that make you feel your best. But the brides will be some groovy folks, so feel free to follow suit (ha)!
The ceremony will take place on the outdoor terrace, and then the reception will take place inside. The indoor space is air conditioned. In the chance of rain, both the ceremony and reception will take place inside the main venue hall, but guests will need to relocate to other areas of the building while the room is flipped for dinner.
There is a free lot right adjacent to the venue. However, it is public and the area is shared with the park's golf course - the lot often fills up on weekdays. We will not be able to reserve parking spots ahead. There is also street parking in the neighborhood nearby, it's about a five minute walk from the venue. We highly encourage you to plan ahead, and utilize carpooling, ride share apps, or public transportation. If you need help getting connected for a ride to the venue, please let us know and we'll do our best to help you get sorted! Please drive responsibly <3
The venue is a history building, and does not have any elevators or escalators inside. There are stone stairs outside the building, as well as between the two floors inside. If you have any accessibility needs, or stairs would be difficult to navigate for any reason, please let us know! The venue staff will be able to transport guests with needs to the second floor of the venue via golf cart.
Please let us know your allergies and any dietary restrictions in the RSVP page. The food will be vegetarian and tree nut free, and we will do our best to meet any additional needs of our guests.
Yes! We are hosting a mixer at our place (!!) the evening prior, and on Saturday morning we'll be gathering for brunch at Hailey's sister's house, about 30 minutes west. More deets in the Schedules page.
