Our paths may have crossed a few times through mutual friends in the past, but it was the plague (COVID) that ultimately brought us together. In the depths of Summer 2020, what started as an elite first message on Bumble, turned into a first date at Dilworth Tasting Room that lasted for five hours, and from there, we never looked back.

Charleston holds a special place for us both. It's our favorite weekend getaway, the city where we took our first ever trip, and where Viraj constantly tells anyone who will listen, "man, I sure could retire here" (reminder that he is 32). In March, under the guise of his own birthday, Viraj planned a surprise engagement in the courtyard of our favorite hotel, The Zero George. We went to check-in and the hotel, knowing what was coming, recommended we take "a walk of the property" while our room was prepared. Instead of enjoying the complimentary champagne, the nerves finally took over and Viraj took Sara Frances' hands and shakily said "come with me." We walked to the courtyard where a letter Viraj wrote was waiting for Sara Frances, and while she read the letter, he got down on one knee. Once she was done and turned around, Viraj asked the THE question and she screamed, "OF COURSE I WILL!!!" We're so excited to celebrate this next chapter in our lives with you. See you in Charlotte!
