Where are the ceremony and reception taking place?
Answer
The ceremony and reception will be at the Pittsburgh Botanic Garden. Please note, this is NOT the same location as Phipps Conservatory and Botanical Gardens.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
Please arrive by 4:15 pm for the ceremony.

Is transportation available to and from the wedding?
Answer
Yes, we have chartered a shuttle bus from Elite Coach to transport guests from the Drury Inn and Hampton Inn/Courtyard at Settlers Ridge to and from the Pittsburgh Botanic Garden. If you are staying in one of these hotels, we encourage you to use the shuttle for your safety and convenience. Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?
Answer
The ceremony will be outside. The cocktail hour and reception will be under a tent that is connected to a climate-controlled restored barn. Check out the venue on Instagram at @pghbotanicweddings to see it all!

What should I wear? Is there a dress code?
Answer
Dress code is cocktail attire. Outfits with bright colors/floral/patterns are encouraged! Suit and ties preferred. No khakis/jeans/shorts.

How will food and drinks be served?
Answer
During cocktail hour, there will be appetizers and drinks available at the bar. Dinner will be served family style. If you have any food allergies, please reach out to Sara or Michael for accommodations.
