Man of Honor
Adam Bristol is the best brother and soon-to-be brother-in-law. Chelsea doesn’t remember life before him, and life is better that way. He is quiet but so thoughtful that he notices everything and then uses it as ammo for his superpower: gift giving. More accurately: gift making. This guy can make art from literal garbage. He has the funniest, darkest sense of humor, and a giggle that you can’t help but giggle along with. He and Chelsea have always been best friends, and now Adam Sandve gets to join in the forever fun!
Best Man
Derek was the first friend Adam made when he started working at The Hole in the Wall Gang Camp. When Chelsea and Derek met later, they thought their connection was a mutual friend (hey, Mariah) but then Chelsea started falling in love with Derek’s best friend so they became closer. He’s that guy that makes being silly and child-like a competitive sport. He’s been there through good and complicated times, and he’s always willing to drop everything to discuss life over bonfires of outrageous size.
Bridesmaid
Adam and MaryKate met at The Hole in the Wall Gang Camp and quickly became friends . Once Chelsea and Adam started dating, Adam introduced them, MaryKate and Chelsea realized they’d been in classes together at UConn together for years, and then they quickly became best friends as well! MaryKate is the kind of person who will do anything for those she loves, just shy of cleaning up a dead mouse (Oh yea, Chelsea and MaryKate also shared a house in graduate school). She has the best sense of humor, the best taste in beer, and is always down for an adventure!
Groomsman
Chelsea and Adam met Brian at The Hole in the Wall Gang Camp. They all share that weird sense of humor and love for the outdoors. Brian’s that adventurous friend that makes backpacking on the side of a frozen mountain, in the rain/mud, in the middle of December an enjoyable experience. As long as you have your hot drink, gas station sweets, and your Brian handy, you’re bound to have a good time. He’s also really good at renaming animal breeds and has calf muscles you can’t help but envy.
Bridesmaid
Chelsea spotted Mariah on the first day of kindergarten, pointed her out, called dibs on her new bestie, and they’ve been friends ever since. Mariah is the type of friend who is always down for a good A*teens jam session or choreographed dance, a day at the beach, or a taco dinner date night (the brothers and boyfriends can join if they want). Through the tough times and the best times, cute kid pics and the awkward ones, Chelsea and Mariah are Dancing Queen sunshine sisters.
Groomsman
Chelsea and Arthur were in an acapella group in undergrad. Years later, Adam befriended him as well and now they hangout on a weekly basis, bonding over video games, board games, and good food/drinks. Most people will overhear a conversation amongst Adam and Arthur and think that it’s impossible for them to discuss anything remotely serious. They aren’t entirely wrong. On occasion, those irreverent conversations become deep, thoughtful discussions of life.
Bridesmaid
Jaclyn and Chelsea met on the first day of kindergarten. There were cute stages of elementary school and very unfortunate phases of middle school, and then prom and high school graduation and now they’re getting dressed out for nights at the bar. Jaclyn is the type of friend who is always down for a good time, whether that’s a night of dancing, bathing in the sun, or laughing so hard over an attempted dinner that no one can breath.
Groomsman
Adam met Pete at The Hole in the Wall Gang Camp and Chelsea met them both a year later. Now Chelsea and Adam can’t imagine life without Pete’s dark sense of humor, insight, and incomparable wit. There’s no better person to sit with on the roof or in a bathtub at all hours of the night, sip craft beer, blast Led Zeppelin, and discuss pop culture/philosophy with. Long live PFN.
