We know some of you will be coming a long way and we can't be more appreciative! This location was chosen to show our loved ones exactly what we fell in love with in Maine. We encourage you spend some time exploring the coast and all Maine has to offer if you're able to do so.

Airports Nearby
Bangor International Airport (BGR) is the closest airport to the venue with a 28 minute drive. Other options include Portland International Jetport (PWM, a 2 hour and 9 minute drive) and Boston Logan International Airport (BOS, a 3 hour and 43 minute drive). We recommend BGR if it's accessible to you.

Note About AirBNB/VRBO
Our recommendation is to book as soon as possible to ensure your lodging during prime tourist season in Maine. Look for locations in Winterport, Frankfort, Stockton Springs and Hampden for the closest proximity. Other great options (all less than a half hour drive to the venue) are Bucksport, Searsport, Belfast, and Bangor.

Note About Hotels
If you are coming for the wedding weekend only we highly suggest a hotel in the Bangor area. There are numerous hotels, including several right around the airport. If you are flying into Portland, hotels in Belfast would serve you best. They are more expensive than the Portland options, but with a 2 hour drive to Portland we would suggest you be closer to the venue. Our most recommended options are listed below.

Note About Transportation
If you want flexibility or plan on extending your trip beyond the wedding weekend, we highly recommend securing a rental car. Cabs, Ubers, and Lyfts are also an option (best suited for those traveling from Bangor to the wedding venue, but available cars are not as plentiful as most other areas). For those who are looking for a carpool option we intend on securing a small van through our venue for the wedding day itself, please check back in our travel section for more information when posted.
