Aloha and welcome to our wedding ceremony. For your convenience we have tried to answer the FAQs you may have. If you any other questions than what we have not listed below, please feel free to reach out to Dina at dinad231@gmail.com.

Where is the ceremony & reception taking place?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will both be at He'eia State Park in Kaneohe. The address is: 46-465 Kamehameha Hwy, Kane'ohe, O'ahu, 96744

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We'd love to know if you can make it. Please RSVP by October 1st using the RSVP card, our website ( www.wilhoitewedding.com ), or our QR Code if you received an invitation that came in the mail.

What time should we be there?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 4:30pm on November 20th. We kindly ask guests to arrive 15-20 minutes prior to grab a seat and start mingling. After 4:30, the entrance to the venue will be closed off until the end of the ceremony.

Is transportation provided to and from the venue?

Answer

Pick up and drop off location Sheraton Waikiki 2255 Kalakaua Ave, Honolulu, HI 96815 Safety is the #1 priority, due to this we are asking our family and friends to use the shuttle service we’ve provided. Royal Star Hawaii will depart the sheraton waikiki at 3:15PM. Please make sure to arrive early as it will depart on time. You will arrive at He’eia State Park in Kaneohe by 4:15PM. Those returning to Honolulu can catch the shuttle outside the banquet hall in the parking lot at 9:15PM and will return to the Sheraton by 10:00 PM.

Will parking be available?

Answer

Yes! Free parking is available surrounding the venue. Just follow the signs!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We can’t wait to dance the night away with our favorite people. This will be a low-key Hawaiian casual celebration with just our nearest and dearest. Aloha shirts and beach dresses are more than welcomed! Our wedding ceremony will take place on the lawn – please bear this in mind when choosing footwear and dressing comfortably. Our venue does experience cool breezes at this time of the year, as well as the occasional sprinkle. A light jacket is recommended!

Can I bring my children?

Answer

Although we love your little ones, our venue has limited space. Due to this we can not accommodate your children. We appreciate your understanding.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Ooh la la. In order to keep our guest list on track we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation.

Will there be food and drinks served?

Answer

Of course! We will be serving dinner at the reception and will have a hosted bar. Cheers!

Will there be dancing or entertainment?

Answer

Um, is there a sun and moon? LOL. Of course we will have dancing! We have arranged for a DJ that will help you dance your behinds off. We fully expect to see you out there on the dance floor!

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

We do not have a wedding registry. Celebrating with you on our wedding day is the greatest gift we could ask for! We appreciate you making our day special.
