Cocktail hour will take place in the Rathskeller located on the basement floor. Dinner and dancing will take place in the Grand Ballroom located on the tenth floor. Parking: Valet parking and The Seelbach Hotel parking garage, which is located behind the hotel, will be available at a discounted rate. Public parking is also available at the Fourth Street Live! garage which is located on Fifth Street between Muhammad Ali and Liberty.
