What time does the cocktail hour start?

Answer

The cocktail hour will start immediately following the end of the wedding ceremony in the Cattails Ballroom at the Meadowview Conference Center and Resort.

Where is the Cattails Ballroom?

Answer

The Cattails Ballroom is located on the backside of the hotel, on the main floor overlooking the golf course. From the lobby, make your way to the restaurant and continue past it down the corridor to the left. If you are not staying at the hotel, there is a parking deck located behind the hotel, away from the front entrance, that has easy access to the ballroom.

Are there any other wedding events I can attend?

Answer

Samantha and Zeb plan to celebrate with everyone in downtown Kingsport Friday night before the wedding. There are a number of bars and restaurants within walking distance as well as a live band that will be playing on Broad Street because of Fun-Fest.

Are there any other events going on in the area during the wedding weekend?

Answer

Kingsport Fun-Fest starts on July 14th and runs until the 22nd. For details on events going on before and after the wedding, visit the Fun-Fest webpage: https://funfest.net/.

How do you get to and from the ceremony?

Answer

We encourage guests to carpool to and from the ceremony at St. Dominic Church from the hotel. Plenty of parking is available upon arrival. Please note that ride sharing services like Uber and Lyft may not be easily available.

What is the Dress Code?

Answer

Guests are encouraged to dress semi-formally for the wedding. Although it is Summer, both the ceremony and reception will take place inside.
