For those who are not attending the in-person ceremony, there will be a link for a live stream made available closer to July 24th, 2024. The live stream will also be recorded. Please include your email in your RSVP for more information. A wedding picnic will also be held in Oconomowoc, Wisconsin on June 22nd, 2024 where you are welcome to join us for a larger celebration of our coming marriage!
For the in-person ceremony there is limited space, so no. Only those listed on the in-person ceremony invitations may come. If your invitation includes a guest, you are welcome to bring another adult (18+) along with you. The picnic venue has far more space and in that case, the more the merrier. Just be sure to RSVP for those who will attend with you.
For the in-person ceremony, please RSVP by December 24th, 2023. For the picnic, please RSVP by April 22nd, 2024. If something comes up after RSVP’ing to either event, don’t hesitate to reach out to us via email (ssktwedding@gmail.com) or cell (Sam: (262)470-1269) —life happens! We would just appreciate an update.
Food and drinks will be provided at the picnic. Come celebrate with us anytime between 12:00 and 4:00 that day. We can’t wait to see you!
We have decided to ditch the registries and go for a couple of different funds instead. While gifts are not expected by any means, if you wish to contribute to our honeymoon or make a donation to Underdog (the foster group from which we adopted both of our dogs), you are more than welcome to.
Just a few: Get your passport as soon as possible. Before leaving, be sure that you meet all requirements, i.e. passport doesn’t expire within six months of departure date, vaccines are up to date, any other paperwork is filled out, etc. Buy outlet converters. If you use heated tools to style your hair, make sure they are travel safe— even with outlet converters, they may not work. Pay close attention to what the weather will be like during your time in Ireland. Many places do not have air conditioning so if it’s going to be hot plan accordingly. Unlike other parts of Europe, Ireland does have a tipping culture! About 10% gratuity is expected to be given to servers if you dine in somewhere. Many places do not have a spot on the bill to add a tip with a credit card so you may want to carry some cash.
If you have a question that cannot be answered by reception at the hotel, please feel free to email us at ssktwedding@gmail.com or call/text +1 (262) 470-1269 (Sam’s phone).
