We have a full weekend of festivities planned and are so excited for you to join us!
Friday September 15
7pm - Welcome cocktail hour - Hosted by Dave and Cindy Rasmussen
If you're staying locally or on site with us, we welcome you to the area with some festive cocktails and snacks.
Saturday September 16
Hosted by Toby and Ronda Wiltse
All day - Come play at the lake!
We will have yard games, boating and good company before our ceremony
3-3:30pm - Shuttle leaves Sisters and Black Butte for Suttle Lake
4pm - Ceremony at Creekside
4:30pm - Reception begins on The Lawn
We will be serving dinner, a variety of desserts (with cake, of course) and beverages to accommodate everyones taste.
6pm - Speeches, mingling and a whole lot of dancing!
10-11pm - Shuttles leave Suttle to return to Black Butte Ranch
Sunday September 17
9am - Good-bye and Thank You Brunch hosted by Toby and Ronda Wiltse at the Boathouse for those staying locally or on-site with us.

For attire, think "dang, everyone looks really good for being in the woods" also known as "cocktail". We recommend block heels or flats due to uneven surfaces, and definitely bring some comfortable dancing shoes!
We will have dinner, dancing, dessert and plenty of good laughs!
