Emily and I have have been best friends for as long as I can remember. She is the type of friend who has been in your life for so long that you don't actually remember meeting them. She is more like a sister than a friend, and I can't imagine my life without her. Emily is a wonderful mother to 3 beautiful babies.
Miss Mary Katherine Krumnow

Mary Katherine is my niece, the daughter of my oldest brother, Todd Krumnow. She is currently an 11th grade student at Meadowview Christian Academy in Selma, AL. She is a member of the volleyball, basketball and softball teams all while balancing an honor roll grade point average. She is growing into a beautiful young lady inside and out, and I am more proud of her than she will ever know.

Meagan and I met during orientation for residency at Baylor Scott & White in Temple, TX. She has been my rock since we first met, and I wouldn't have made it through residency or the years following without her love and unwavering support. Meagan is currently a practicing dermatologist in San Antonio, TX.

Katie is Ryan's sister, and I can't imagine a better sister to be gaining. I love and appreciate her more than she will ever know and can't wait for many more years of memories ahead. Katie is a fantastic mother to two beautiful babies, and I can't wait to receive all of her parenting advice in the future.

Carolyne and I met during our first year of medical school at UAB, and it was the first time in my life that I truly felt that I had found my people. She has become a lifelong friend that I can call at any hour for anything that I need, and I would be lost without her. Carolyne is currently a practicing pediatrician in Birmingham, AL.

My cousin, Katie, is the granddaughter of my grandmother's sister, my Aunt Jessie. Not having a sister of my own, I have always considered Katie to be more of a younger sister than a cousin, and I am immensely proud of the young lady that she has become. Katie is currently a 9th grade teacher and swim coach of the state champion swimming and diving team at The Woodlands High School in The Woodlands, TX.
Dr. Kayla Isbell

Kayla and I met during our first year of medical school at UAB. Kayla is one of the smartest people that I know and is the person that I turn to for support when the life of medicine becomes overwhelming. She is always there whenever I need encouragement, and I love her more than she knows. Kayla is currently a general surgery resident and will be starting her fellowship in vascular surgery next year at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, TX.

Maryam and I met during our first year of medical school at UAB, and she has been a wonderful friend ever since. She is a hospitalist in Dallas, TX and is one of the hardest working moms that I know. She will never know how much I admire the person that she is and the way that she balances everything in her life with such grace.

My cousin, Anna Margaret, is the granddaughter of my grandmother's sister, my Aunt Margaret (Moochie). From family beach trips to annual bunco parties, there have been many fun memories between us with many more to come. I am grateful to have had such a wonderful cousin to look up to over the years and love her very much. Anna Margaret received her doctorate from the University of Alabama and currently works at the University of Montana.

Kaci and I first met through our sorority, Alpha Omicron Pi, at Auburn University, and later became medical students together at UAB. Kaci is one of the most successful people that I know and has been a wonderful friend throughout the years. I am grateful to have someone that I can always turn to for advice and support. Kaci is currently a practicing family medicine physician in Phoenix, AZ.

Neha and I met during our first year of medical school at UAB and instantly became wonderful friends. Neha always knows how to lighten any mood and is the friend that you can turn to for a laugh when it feels like the world is crashing around you. She is a great friend and travel buddy. Neha is currently a practicing pediatrician in Houston, TX.

Thea and I met when I worked at Vanderbilt University in Nashville, TN. She is currently a resident in the Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation program there and is currently awaiting placement in a sport's medicine fellowship next year. Thea helped support me through an immensely difficult work environment and became a wonderful friend in the process.
Mr. Patrick Goad (Pat)

Pat Goad is not only my father and best man, but my best friend. My father has taught me invaluable lessons that will stick with me for the rest of my life, and I am thrilled to have him next to me on our big day. Dad introduced me to the great games of baseball and golf as a kid, and we still share our love for these sports today. He and my mother will celebrate their 40th wedding anniversary in July of this year, and I hope to have a marriage like theirs. He is a native of Madison, TN and resides in Goodlettsville, TN, but his heart will always remain in Scottsville, KY.

Justin Perkins has been my brother in law since 2011. We were thrilled to welcome Justin into the family, and we have made countless memories over the years. He is married to my sister, Katie, and they have two kiddos, Judah and Ellie, my favorite niece and nephew! Justin is a graduate of the University of Tennessee. He was originally born in California but has lived in Hendersonville, TN for most of his life.

Brice and I have been friends since we were 2 years old. We grew up next door to each other and have also both been lifelong members of Connell United Methodist Church. Brice is more of a brother than a friend and will always be considered family. Brice is a graduate of The University of Tennessee and literally bleeds orange! He lives in Hendersonville, TN with his wife Lauren and 2 kids, Molly and Chance.

Cousin Matt Wallace is the oldest of the 3 Wallace grandsons. He is 5 years older than I am and always looked out for me growing up. Matt wore #7 for our high school baseball team, the DA Bears, where he ironically played in the state championship game against our cousin/fellow groomsman, Will Wallace. When it became my turn to play at DA, I also requested #7 because of Matt. He is a graduate of Ole Miss and lives in Telluride, CO.

Cousin Will is the 2nd oldest of the Wallace grandsons. He attended the United States Naval Academy followed by medical school and is currently an Emergency Medicine physician in Kentucky. There's never a dull moment with Will, and we have made great memories over the years. I am proud to call him family.

Cody and I met when we were 5 years old on our first baseball team and played/competed with each other all the way through high school. We have remained friends ever since. Cody is a veteran of the U.S. Army where he served from 2011-2017. He works in the golf industry and is an avid golfer. Cody is a Goodlettsville native and currently resides in Brentwood, TN with his fiance, Jennifer.

Jackson Barnes and I played baseball together in Goodlettsville as kids. We reconnected in college at Tennessee Tech University in Cookeville, TN and have been close friends ever since. Growing up on the Cumberland River, he is an avid fisherman. Jackson currently works for his family's insurance business in Goodlettsville, TN. He is a native of Madison, TN and resides in Mt. Juliet, TN with his wife Megan and their son, Hutton.

Cody Dykes and I met during our time at Tennessee Tech University in Cookeville, TN. We hit it off from the start when we realized how much we have in common. Cody is an avid outdoorsman and works as a manufacturing engineer in Shelbyville, TN. He is a true friend, and I am thrilled to have him as a groomsman. He is a native of Tracy City, TN and currently resides in Wartrace, TN.
Mr. Phillip Bristow

Phillip Bristow and I met while attending Tennessee Tech University. After discovering his love for sports and outdoors, we became and still remain close friends. I was fortunate to be a groomsman for Phillip's wedding in 2021 and it was a no brainer to include him in mine as well. He is a native of Taft, TN and currently works/resides in Huntsville, AL with his wife Katelyn.

Todd is Jessica's older brother, and I had the honor of meeting him when I first visited Selma during Thanksgiving of 2021. His love for his sister is evident, and I hope to be able to fill his shoes in the future. He currently lives in Selma, AL with his wife, Angie, and his daughter, MK ,and works as a project manager at International Paper there.

Ben is Jessica's middle brother who I also had the pleasure of meeting during my visit to Selma during the 2021 Thanksgiving holiday. I have gotten to know Ben more over the last year as he is great about calling to check in with Jessie. He is a very protective older brother, who Jessica is lucky to have, and I hope to be able to protect her similarly in the future. Ben currently resides in Asheville, NC with his wife, Alison, and his son, Jackson.
