Question
When should we arrive?
Answer
Before May 29th, you are welcome to spend as much time as you'd like in Dublin or elsewhere. We just ask that if you plan to partake in the hired transportation that you arrive into Dublin no later than 11am on Monday, May 29th.
Question
Where in Dublin will be picked up by the bus?
Answer
Please make your way to Merrion Square Park on the park side across from 87 Merrion Square, Dublin 2, Ireland Please arrive at the destination for 11am as the bus will promptly leave at 11:30. We are expecting a number of guests here who will all need to load luggage and find seats accordingly so we ask you to be prompt.

Where is the Airport Pick up?
Answer
We realize many of our guests are arriving the morning of May the 29th at various times. Our Bus will be coming from Dublin City to arrive at the Airport at approx 12:15pm at the Zone 16 Coach Parking lot. Please make your way there for 12:15. We will have many guests and their luggage to load onto the bus at this time. We will plan to leave at 1pm SHARP - if we have everyone on board before then, we shall depart earlier if needed. Ryan and Douglas will be present to greet you at the Airport.

What should I wear to the wedding itself?
Answer
We are requesting black tie for all guests. We can't wait to see everyone dressed to the nines! Ladies, since there is no bride at this wedding, please feel free to wear white.

Can I bring a date?
Answer
Unless specified on your wedding invitation we will not be inviting dates/plus ones.

Are children welcome?
Answer
We are asking you to leave your little ones at home (unless the child is under 1yr of age).

Will we need our own transportation?
Answer
We are hiring transport for all planned activities. If you would like to go off on your own, or would prefer to rent your own car you are more than welcome.

What if we only want to participate in some activites?
Answer
We would LOVE it if you could join us for all of the planned activities to spend time with us and get to know our other guests. We understand it if you cannot make every event, though. Please be sure to RSVP for the requested events in enough time so we can plan appropriately.

We see some gaps in the schedule - what should we do?
Answer
That is correct, we have intentionally left some space for you to have down time, enjoy some sight seeing of Galway on your own, enjoy your own meal, or explore the grounds and activities of the Glenlo Abbey. If you have specific questions - just reach out.

I see no wedding registry - what's up with that?
Answer
You are correct in that we do not have a registry. Plain and simple, we are inviting you this far and know that there are costs associated with you joining us, which is why we ask you to bring nothing but yourselves.
Question
My flight doesn't leave until after June 2nd, how will I get back to Dublin?
Answer
We are providing transportation from the Glenlo Abbey on June 2nd. If you plan to stay in Galway beyond the 2nd, we kindly ask that you arrange your own transportation. If you are going to hang in Dublin for a few days, we will get you there. Transportation will make two stops one at the airport and one in Dublin City.
