We understand traveling here may be hard so we wanted to give you helpful information to make it easy as possible. You will want to fly into Denver International Airport (DIA). You will want a rental car as there is so much to see and do while you are here! We recommend you staying up in the mountains as the venue is a two hour drive from Denver. The venue is located near the town of Avon, Colorado and has many places to stay! You can always do the traditional hotel or if you're like us and want to stay cheaper you can find many Airbnb's and VRBO's available for rent. Labor day weekend is an amazing time in the mountains so we ENCOURAGE you to book your stay ASAP to avoid frustration (yes before the beginning of the year.) Towns to stay in are Avon, Vail, Eagle Vail, Midturn, Edwards, Eagle, or Frisco. Please let us know if you have any questions and we would be more than happy to help you with booking your stay.

Denver International Airport (DIA)
DIA is located two hours from the venue. Traffic on I70 heading up and down can be bad. Especially on Labor Day weekend so be sure to give yourself plenty of extra time.

The venue is located in the heart of Colorado's iconic ski mountains (Vail and Beaver Creek) so there are many options for places to stay. We recommend trying to stay in the town of Avon or Vail as it is closest to the venue and there are tons of things to do.
