When's the wedding?

When is the RSVP deadline?

Please kindly respond by AUGUST 18, 2024 (8/18/24), so we can plan accordingly.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please arrive promptly at 5:00PM! The ceremony will start at 5:30PM, and Ryan and I hope you can be there to witness us exchange our vows.

What is the dress code?

Answer

We'd love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day. Dress code is cocktail attire. Ladies, think mid thigh to floor length dresses. Gentleman can wear suits/sport coats. No jeans please! You can wear any color or pattern you like (be as colorful and creative as you wish), but we kindly request you do not wear white or any similar color.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!

Are kids invited?

Answer

We love your little ones! However, we have decided to keep our wedding and reception as an adults-only event with the exception of immediate family. We encourage you to use this evening as a date night!

Will there be a bar?

Answer

Yes! Beer, wine, cocktails, and non-alcoholic beverages are on us! There will also be red and white wine handed out following our ceremony.

Will the wedding take place indoors or outside?

Answer

The ceremony will take place outdoors (if weather permits) in the garden, but the cocktail hour and reception will be held inside. There is a balcony that overlooks the gardens, and you are more than welcome to explore the entire venue!

What should I do if I can't make it?

Answer

You will be greatly missed! If you cannot attend our wedding, please indicate your regrets when you RSVP so we can plan accordingly.

Can I take pictures?

Answer

We are having an "unplugged ceremony" (no phones or cameras). The greatest gift you can give us is being fully present as we say "I do." We have hired professionals to capture this moment for us, and we promise to share our photos as soon as we receive them. After the ceremony, please feel free to take as many photos and videos as you please! Don't forget to use the hashtag #daygustin2024 when you post on social media!

Where do I park?

Answer

The Manor House at Commonwealth has complimentary valet parking services. Just drive up to the door and hand the attendant your keys! Your car will be kept safe until you're ready to leave.
