It is Summer 2016 - Michelle and Russell separately travel to London to study abroad their Junior year of college. Little did they know they would have to move across the pond to meet each other even though they were from NY and NJ! They quickly developed a friendship which turned into a relationship at the end of the semester. Their summer internships brought them both to NYC where they spent the summer exploring everything the city had to offer together. When they returned to their colleges on opposite coasts that fall, they didn't let the 3 hour time difference stop them from staying together. Graduation quickly came and they both returned to NYC where they have been ever since. A few years later they moved in together in Brooklyn and then Russell popped the question in August 2023! Over their 8+ years together Russell has transformed Michelle into a Knicks fan, and Michelle has even attended one singular Jets game! Michelle has taught Russell that it is okay to not stay in a hostel on vacation and turned him into a big fan of Long Island beaches. They can't wait to finally be husband and wife, and to celebrate their wedding in the Hudson Valley, somewhere very special to Michelle and Russell! They are excited to share this beautiful part of NY with all of their closest family and friends. They are so appreciative of everyone who will be traveling far and wide to celebrate this special weekend with them.
