When should I RSVP by?

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code is lounge suits / summer formal. If you're joining us for the post-wedding lunch on Sunday 18th, we suggest summer casual (or whatever you're most comfortable in).

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes, of course! Please do let us know any dietary requirements when you RSVP. There will be a meat option and a vegetarian option available, but if you have an allergy or require a vegan or gluten-free meal, we will be able to accommodate this as well.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there is plenty of parking space available at the wedding venue.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

We will be providing a shuttle bus to pick up guests from Brantome town centre (outside L'Abbaye de Brantome) at 3:30pm on the wedding day. A seat will be reserved for everybody attending, but please let us know if you wish to make your own way there instead. We will then also provide minibuses in the evening, to return guests to Brantome town centre at 11pm, 1am, 2am or 3am. Please do let us know when you RSVP if you would like to guarantee a seat for a particular time slot.

What will the weather be like?

Answer

The average temperatures in June are 26C degrees and sunny during the day, with lows of 13C degrees at night. Rain is unlikely, but always possible.
