We met way back in summer camp, but only realized it years later when looking at photo albums! We met again in Italian class in eighth grade and at orientation for Our Lady of Mercy Academy. We were so often confused for sisters, we'd often finish peoples' sentences when they asked. The rest, as they say, is history!

We met my sophomore year at SCAD, in Savannah, GA, when we were assigned as roommates. I was the only one of the four who didn't know any of them. She's one of the best roommates I've ever had (if not the best) and shortly after graduating, she moved up to NY!

I've known Ed since I rejoined YH Park Taekwondo in 2010. He's been my Taekwondo Master, mentor and friend since, and is a dad-to-be now too!

I met Jess freshman year of high school. She was into anime and manga and was (still is!) a lot of fun to be around. We joined the Windows magazine together, which was a yearly publication at our high school filled with poetry and art.

I've also known Elliot since I rejoined YH Park in 2010. At the time he was still in school, and not there as frequently as he is now. We've gotten closer over the last few years as he's become a full time Master at the school.

I met MJ freshman year of SCAD. We lived in the same dormitory, with the pool in-between our buildings. We competed in the Sidewalk Arts festival that year together, and while we didn't win, we had a ton of fun! We even made it into the newspaper!

BJ's the oldest of the four of us, and even though we're the farthest apart in age we've always been close. We share a love of video games and anime and rock music, and could even finish one another's sentences.

I met Dayanna my sophomore year at SCAD, when I started taking classes in animation at Montgomery Hall. We remained friends throughout the rest of our time at SCAD, and sat next to each other on graduation day!

I met Bill through Kyle after we moved to NY, between ninth and tenth grades. Bill is one of the hardest workers I know, and always gives 100% no matter what he does.

Colleen's the second oldest of the cousins, and one of my go-to people for everything. She always has an answer - either real or sarcastic (or really sarcastic) - and I love her to bits.

I met Dave through Game Stop. First he was a customer, then he became a coworker, and later a friend. Dave is one of the most loyal and caring people I know. He's the dad of two great kids, and husband to a wonderful wife.

Having no siblings growing up, my cousins became stand-ins. I couldn't have asked for better with Kris. She's awesome, a great listener, and always gives it to you straight no matter what.

Mikey and I are closest in age of all of my cousins, and while we grew up far apart, over the years we've gotten closer, as we got older. When Mikey mentioned a few years back he officiated a friend's wedding, I realized somewhere down the line, I wanted him to officiate my own, if he was willing. Clearly, he said yes :)
