How do I travel to the venue?

Answer

There are many ways to get from the Anchorage airport to our wedding venue. A scenic, affordable and stress-free option is to take the Alaska Railroad and enjoy the Coastal Classic route from Anchorage to Seward, or by taking the bus. From Seward we will be offering a complimentary shuttle service to and from our venue. You can also take the option of renting a car, staying in Moose Pass or Coopers Landing and experiencing Alaska hands-on! Please contact the bride or groom for any help arranging travel.

What is the weather like?

Answer

It is summertime in Alaska and the weather may be unpredictable so do pack a raincoat just in case! July is the sunniest time of the year (yes, the midnight sun is a real thing) so expect the temperature to be anywhere from 60-75 degrees!

Is there a dress code?

The dress code is cocktail attire.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, at our venue you will be greeted by a parking attendant who will escort you to the next available parking spot if you are not using our complimentary shuttle service for out of town guests.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

If you are staying in Seward, there will be a complimentary shuttle service to and from our venue.
