If you have time, take a day trip to visit the small, quaint , one-stoplight town of Floyd! We went here for our 2 year dating anniversary and absolutely loved it! Natalie thought Rob was proposing to her this day but he bought her a lavender plant instead (same difference right?).
Taubman Museum of Art
Located just across the pedestrian bridge to the Hotel Roanoke, this art museum is a fun place to spend a few hours.
The Roanoke STARCADE
Whether you're looking to play classic arcade games of your childhood (hello skee ball!) , or to take a gander at what video games looked like in the 70s, go visit the Starcade for an interactive museum experience! We loved it!
