Yes! We ask that you wear formal attire to the wedding - cocktail or full-length formal dresses or suits, please! April in SC will be warm, so keep that in mind and check the weather before packing for the weekend! No need to break out the gown/tux, unless you’re really feeling fancy. For the welcome party we are planning on dressy-casual, but wear whatever you are most comfortable in. This will be a more relaxed event and a good chance to meet/spend time with the other guests before the big day.
There will be NO nuts or seafood (including shellfish) at the reception. We will have both vegetarian and non-veg options for cocktail hour hors d’oeuvres. Our caterer will customize meals according to any allergies or dietary restrictions you may have - please just make sure to include that information in your RSVP so we can make sure you are taken care of! If you have additional questions or concerns, please let us know!
If you did not have a guest on the invitation/RSVP option online, please do not plan to bring a date. We do not want anyone to feel excluded, but any unexpected dates will literally not have a seat at the table.
We love your kids, but this will be an adults-only event.
Yes! We will be offering a shuttle service to and from the venue, though there is ample parking there for those who prefer to drive. Details about shuttle timing and pickup/drop-off locations will be shared closer to the wedding date.
