Old Town Wall Walk
We highly recommend walking the The Old Town wall. The views are absolutely stunning!! As a gift to our guests, we will have tickets provided for everyone to use at any time during the wedding weekend! We also recommend going to Fort Lovrijenac (located around the corner from the Old Town gate entrance) which can be used with the same ticket throughout the entire wedding weekend!
Pekara Rusica (bakery)
For a local bakery, Pekara was the amazing! If you take the bus shuttle and get off after 2 stops, it takes you right in front of one (or you can Uber/walk). Make sure to get there early in the morning when it is fresh!!! If you like empanadas, then you will love the burek!
Bura Bistro Wine & Cocktails
Our wedding planner recommended us to try this restaurant... it did not disappoint! Amazing selection of seafood and cocktails!!! AND the truffle fries are to die for!!
Cevapi & Pizza Restaurant
I cannot remember the name of this restaurant, but in the Old Town there are tons of outdoor restaurants with patios. This place we specifically stopped at because it had Cevapi (traditional meal in Croatia)! It was the best Cevapi and Pizza we had all week (like way better than Italian pizza, yes I said it)!!! If we can find the name, we will update this because o m g, we are still dreaming about this place.
