When should I RSVP by?

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

We appreciate our family and friends coming from all over the country to celebrate with us, and your presence is truly a gift. We are registered here on Zola, and encourage donations to the rescues who helped us get Silas and Sadie - Muddy Paws Rescue (https://www.muddypawsrescue.org/how-to-help) and Saved Me (https://savedme.org/donate/)! We feel incredibly lucky to have found them and have them become such central parts to our family together.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Ceremony starts at 3PM, please arrive 10 minutes early to park and find a seat! The shuttle will leave the Hyatt Place Hotel in Bethlehem at 2:10 for a 2:45 arrival at the venue.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We are limiting children to immediate family in the wedding party, and babies under 1 year. We are happy to help find childcare in the area for your evening out!

I have a food allergy or dietary restriction, can I make a special request?

Answer

Please let us know if you have any food allergies or other restrictions! We have planned to have plenty of vegetarian options, but wish to have something for everyone.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! There is a large parking lot at The Farm, and cars are welcome to be left overnight to be picked up by 10 AM Monday. There is a shuttle which will pick up guests at the Hyatt Place at 2:10 PM, and depart the venue at 9 PM to arrive back in downtown Bethlehem at 9:30 PM. We are planning an informal after-party at Fegley's Brew Works on Main Street Bethlehem!
