Welcome Gathering

6:00 pm - 9:00 pm

For those who will be in town the night before the wedding, please come hang out with us on the deck at Sunlight and the Brettelberg and play some lawn games! We'll provide pizza, salad, and a keg. This is a casual get together, so feel free to bring anything else that you'd like!

Wedding

5:30 pm - 11:30 pm

Mountain Casual

What is "Mountain Casual"? Mountain Casual means we want all of our guests to wear whatever makes them feel and look good on our big day! Please keep in mind that the wedding and reception will be held at an elevation of 8,000 feet, so be prepared for whatever weather the Colorado High Country might throw at us in the end of July and be mindful that it may get a little chilly once the sun goes down! For all you ladies, we would not recommend wearing high heels given the short walk up to the ceremony site and the deck/ground surfaces we'll be dancing on all night! We want everyone to have a good time and to get back down the mountain safely (for those staying in town). There will be a wedding shuttle that will depart from Hotel Colorado at 4:15 PM to head up to the wedding and will leave the wedding at 10:00 PM and 11:45 PM to head back down for dropoff at Hotel Colorado. Anyone who needs to can leave their vehicle overnight at Sunlight and take the bus back down into town!

Brunch

11:00 am - 1:00 pm

Look for us at the lower shelter in Sayre Park by the basketball courts. Brunch will be from our favorite local doughnut shop, Sweet Coloradough! This is one of Pancho's favorite parks just down the street from our house as it has a playground, basketball courts, beach volleyball court, baseball field and horseshoe pits.
