Can I share photos I take at the wedding with Darren and Rebecca?

What should I wear? Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code for Darren and Rebecca's wedding is formal/cocktail attire. Ladies should wear cocktail dresses, rompers or dress slacks and nice blouse. The gentlemen should wear a suit and tie, button down dress shirt, tie and slacks or sports coat.

Where are the ceremony and the reception taking place? Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and the reception are both at Soli Tree Farm. The ceremony space will be outside on the back patio. The reception will be inside/outside with dinner being served at tables inside the reception venue space and drinks, dancing, lounging and games will be on the back patio.

What happens after the ceremony?

Answer

After the ceremony, please enjoy a cocktail hour while Darren and Rebecca take pictures with each other and their families. Reception will begin at roughly 7:15 PM.

Are there other wedding events I can attend?

Answer

All wedding events will be accompanied by a formal or digital invitation. If you do not receive a formal or digital invitation, please know Darren and Rebecca appreciate your love and support, but they kindly ask that you not attend any event you have not received an invitation to.

What should I do if I can’t make it?

Answer

You will be missed! If you cannot make it to the wedding, please let Darren and Rebecca know as soon as possible and RSVP “Decline,” so they can plan accordingly.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Darren and Rebecca recommend that you arrive a half hour before the start of the ceremony, to make sure everyone is on time, and we can get the party started as scheduled!

Where should guests park? Is parking free?

Answer

Yes, parking is free and available just outside the venue. A parking attendant will be in the lot to assist with parking.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Darren and Rebecca have a strict guest list to stay on budget. Their wedding is strictly RSVP only.

Do you have a hotel block for guests? Where do you recommend I stay?

Answer

Yes, a hotel block has been reserved at the Hampton Inn located in Maysville, KY. There is also a bed and breakfast located in Augusta. For more information on each of these, please see the "Travel" tab in the menu bar.

When is the RSVP deadline? Do I need to mail back my RSVP or can I do it online?

Answer

Darren and Rebecca need RSVP responses back by May 6th. All RSVP responses should be done online.

May I take a centerpiece/candle/flowers home as a souvenir?

Answer

Favors will be at each guest's place setting. Darren and Rebecca ask that you refrain from taking other table decorations.

Am I able to leave my car overnight if I consume too much?

Answer

Yes! The venue asks that cars are picked up no later than 11:00 AM the morning after the wedding.
