FAQs

Question

Are kids invited?

Answer

We love your kids -- we really do! But we want this evening to be a fun night out with just the adults! Plan to stay on the dance floor instead of the kiddy table.

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

Black tie preferred. But we want you to be comfortable! Wear your dancing shoes instead of your too high heels or sans the cummerbund if its a little too tight after Christmas dinner and leftovers.

Question

Where are you registered?

Answer

We are registered at Bed, Bath, and Beyond, FIG, Thayers, and through the Zola website. Please see the registry tab on our website for direct links to these websites.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If your invitation says "and Guest", then yes! If not, we ask that you bring just you. Don't worry, there will be lots of fun (and single) people to dance with and kiss at midnight!

Question

Will there be transportation provided?

Answer

We will be providing vans to take guests to the hotel after the reception. Both hotels have volunteered to provide vans to the wedding but guests need to set the time up with the front desk. Greenwood also has Uber (even if its just two cars) but both have said they will be on duty throughout New Years Eve day and night.

Question

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 6:00 PM at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church. We ask that you arrive 20 minutes prior so that guests can be seated and comfortable before the wedding party enters.
