Seiva Beach Bar
Don't miss this hidden gem! Recommend going for sunset, but great at any time. Open Thursday-Sunday from 2pm to dusk. It can be hard to find by the map alone. How to get there: walk to the end of Camburiziho Beach, and there will be a sign for it and a hidden set of stairs to climb up. Great classic drinks and tapas menu
Ogan
One of our favorite restaurants. All dishes are very tasty. A bit more upscale. Whatsapp for reservations, although walk-ins should be fine. Rafa thinks this is the best caiprinha :)
Nau Royal
High end hotel that has a great restaurant open to the public. Check to see if the pizza spot adjacent to it is open. If so, order catupiry pizza! Regardless, Andrew thinks this is the best caiprinha :) You can also book spa appointments here. Massages are great. The number for the concierge listed above (message on Whatsapp)
Nica's Restaurante
Traditional Brazilian cuisine. Some suggestions for classic dishes we highly recommend: o “Casquinha de siri” – shredded crab meat with roasted veggies and cheese often served in a seashell. One of Andrew’s favorites o “Pastel” – often translated as Brazilian empanadas, but these are much lighter and airy than a traditional empanada. They are filled with either meat or cheese. o Bolinho de bacalhau – like a fish croquette made with cod o Picanha – our classic steak cut. Super juicy. Order medium rare o Moqueca – fish dish, very typical from the north.

Note: we have not tried any of the excursions ourselves, but this tour group company was recommended by the luxury hotel in the area for their guests.
