What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive to our ceremony by 3:30pm at the Pavilion. The MUSE Cider Bar, just steps away from the Pavilion, will be open at 2:30pm for a cash bar if you would like to enjoy the air conditioning and farm-made ciders!

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! We will be providing a shuttle service from the hotel blocks. For the ceremony, the bus will arrive at Fairfield Inn at 2:30pm and depart at 2:45pm. To return to hotel, there are two departure times from the venue, 9:45pm and 11pm. Should you like to drive yourself there is plenty of parking at Valley View Farm! If you drink, please don't drive; you may leave your car overnight and pick it up by 11am on Sunday. As a note, Uber/Lyft have very limited coverage around the venue and we would NOT recommend using these services at this time. Should you choose to stay elsewhere in Northampton, we recommend using the shuttle services and using Uber/Lyft once in Northampton.

Semi-formal attire is invited. Suits, gowns and cocktail dresses welcome!

Please note that our venue requires each guest to be fully vaccinated by the wedding date and may request proof of vaccination before our wedding date or upon entry.
