Question

Your Wedding is on a Military Base, How do I get on without a Military ID?

Answer

As long as you have a legal form of identification that matches the name we have given them on our list (Please send us your legal name, drivers license number and state of issue so that we can put you on the list), you will be able to gain access to Langley Air Force Base. Please give yourself enough time to go through base security prior to the wedding as there may be a line of cars waiting for entry. We encourage carpooling with other guests so that there is less traffic at the entry gate!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We ask that you wear semi-formal attire such as a cocktail-length dress or dressy separates for women and a suit (tie optional) for men. Please note that the venue does not permit blue jeans or sneakers. *No White Dresses Please!*

If I did not receive a +1 on my invitation, can I still bring a guest?

Answer

Unfortunately we are unable to extend any additional invitations. This includes any children not listed on the invitation.

Where do we park on base?

Answer

There are large parking lots at both the chapel and reception venue. The chapel parking lot is located to the right of the church.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

Our ceremony will be "unplugged." We ask that our guests turn off and put away their phones/cameras/devices and allow our professional photographer to solely document our moment. We would be happy to share our pictures with you afterwards!
