Why are save the dates and invites getting to me so early?
Answer
Well first- we are so excited to have you join us! Second, our venue has an open bar, and an after party location but limited onsite accomodations. We are sending Save the Dates and Invitations out early in hopes that anyone who would like to stay onsite can book in advance! Please be safe and plan properly for the night if you are not staying onsite.

When should I RSVP by?
Answer
RSVPs will be due back no later than April 29, 2024 and can be done digitally on the site through the RSVP tab or by call/text to the brides parents at 631-379-9381.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?
Answer
Please refer to the “Where to Stay” tab of our website. We recommend staying onsite at the Mountain Springs Lake Resort to enjoy the full party from ceremony to after party, but there is a hotel block and other places to stay near by if onsite accomodations do not meet your needs!

Can I bring a date or additional guests?
Answer
While we would love everyone to join us, our guest list is limited. All invited guests are shown when you RSVP on the website. If you have an additional guest you wish to bring who is not listed, please reach out to the brides parents at 631-379-9381 or a bridal party member and they will see if this is something that we can accommodate.

I have a food allergy or other dietary restriction, can I make a special request?

Of Course! Let us know ASAP by contacting the brides parents at 631-379-9381 or contacting a member of the bridal party! For the few under 18 individuals invited, they may choose to have an adult meal, or one of the below kids meals! If they prefer a kids meal, please contact us when you RSVP and let us know. Is there a dress code?
Answer
Yes, we request all of our guests wear business casual or formal attire. Please no jeans, flannels, or sneakers for the ceremony or reception. If you will join us for a fire side after party, you are welcome to change into whatever you are comfortable with at that point! Please reserve white dresses for the bride! Anyone considering wearing heels- the ceremony is located outside in a grassy area. We recommend chunky heels or flats unless you are really comfortable in stilettos so everyone can avoid ruined shoes or injuries!

Is there parking for the ceremony/reception?
Answer
Yes, the Lodge has plenty of parking available!

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?
Answer
We are unable to provide transportation to offsite accomodations at this time. Please keep this in mind when planning where you stay. On-site accomodations are available to avoid need for travel after the celebration!
