Covid -19 FAQs

Answer

Per NYC regulations going into effect in August, our after party and day after drinks events require proof of vaccination using either your original CDC issued vaccine card or the New York State Excelsior Pass App. To attend our ceremony and reception, we are requiring either proof of vaccination or a negative Covid 19 test taken within 72 hours. Please have a mask with you throughout the weekend as many NYC businesses still require them in certain situations.

Will transportation be provided?

Answer

If you are staying at the Marriott Brooklyn Bridge where our room block is located, we will be providing a shuttle to take you from the hotel to the church. The shuttle will leave the hotel promptly at 2:15pm. We will also be providing a shuttle back to the hotel after the reception ends at 10pm (that is, if you don't plan on coming to the after party!)

What should I do between the ceremony and the reception?

Answer

The bridal party will be taking photos between the ceremony and cocktail hour. We recommend checking out a local bar (Pig Beach, Lavender Lake, and Threes Brewing are all great options).

Where can I park?

Answer

There are very few parking lots and garages in the area of the church and reception - most parking is street parking. Please consider using mass transit and car services. The closest parking garage to the church and reception is QuickPark at 365 Bond St, Brooklyn, NY 11231

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes. If not, we would prefer it was just you.

What's the dress code?

Answer

Cocktail attire. Please wear comfortable shoes as there is a short walk (about 4 blocks) between the church and the reception venue.

We are having an adult only wedding - we're hoping you'll be able to join us and enjoy a well deserved night off!

Anything else I should know?

Answer

We invite you to be fully present with us at our wedding mass. We kindly ask that you turn off your phone and keep it in your bag or pocket while we are in church. We promise to share our professional photos as soon as we receive them!
