Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Beach Formal/Semi-Formal. **Please avoid light shades of blue because that's what the Bridal Party is wearing <3** Go ahead and get super classy if you want, or go for a more of a relaxed look. It is an evening ceremony, so you won't have the sun beating down on you, but it is always about mid-80 degrees in Pensacola in late May. Gents: Don't feel like you have to wear a tie! A suit vest & button down might be a good idea. Ladies: Patterns and fun summer colors or pastels are a great idea. Black is sexy, but it might get hot. You can take your heels off on the beach and throw them back on when we head inside, or wear sandals if that's your thing :)

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Plus ones are only allowed if it says so on your invitation. We're sorry for any inconvenience!

Question

Can I bring my dog?

Answer

The beaches have designated dog areas a few miles from where the venue is, but we prefer you leave your pets at home.

Question

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes, please see the "Travel" tab for recommendations. We blocked off two hotels because we wanted to provide a more budget friendly option. The main block is at the venue, Holiday Inn Resort. The other is 3.5 miles from the resort in Gulf Breeze. We understand hotel and plane fees add up fast. So we want to let you know staying at hotels on the bay or in Gulf Breeze Proper are more affordable than on the Gulf side. You'll still be super close! But if you want to be walking distance from the party - search for hotels on Pensacola Beach. Reach out to us with any questions at all if you need help choosing a hotel! We have bar hopped them all so we got you covered LOL

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony is in the sand right behind the resort, so if you're staying at the Holiday Inn you won't need any transportation at all. If you decide to stay somewhere else, every other hotel is no longer than 10 minutes walking distance & Uber fares are cheap if you don't feel like walking. Most hotels are all on the same strip of the beach unless you decide to stay in Downtown Pensacola - which would be a 15 minute drive.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony starts at 6pm, so around 5:30pm should do!
