Of course! We are at the most magical place on earth, everyone should enjoy it.

I can’t attend the wedding in person. Will there be a virtual wedding celebration?

Answer

Yes, for those who cannot make it, we will provide a link on the website and Facebook to livestream the wedding ceremony.

Am I allowed to bring a plus one?

Answer

Yes, plus one's are welcomed as well as long as the host know who the plus ones are so that a good count of the wedding is observed.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes, the dress code for the event is Formal Attire.

Is there parking available near your wedding venue(s)?

Answer

Yes for both the ceremony and the reception, there will be available parking for our wedding guest and signs on how to get to both locations. We will provide directions for those that are driving in.

When can I start booking hotel reservations?

Answer

They are open now! Both hotels are open for reservations for the week of our wedding.

For the hotel reservations, is the whole amount due when booking?

Answer

No, the full amount for your stay at any of the resorts for the hotel block, are due when you arrive. On the reservation, your card is just put on hold and the payment is due when you get to the hotel. If you have any other questions about how the room block works or questions about your reservation, Please call our Group Reservations Office directly at (407) 827-6799.

What if I want to stay early before the wedding or stay after the wedding, does the block extend to that?

Answer

Yes, you can reserve five days prior to the wedding and five days after the wedding and still be in the discounted hotel block.

Is there transportation from the hotel to the wedding venue?

Answer

Yes, there will be designated bus and motor coach transportation for individuals that are attending the wedding. You will be picked up by the entrance to your hotel.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

If you or anyone in your party has a food allergy, there will be a section on the wedding invitations to make a special request for food allergies.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

RSVPs will open in May and will close on June 1st

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception areas are indoors for our guest to relax and not worry about the weather.

What should I expect after the ceremony?

Answer

After the ceremony, the immediate family of the couple will be taking pictures around the venue for around an hour. Guests can drive, take the monorail, or take the provided shuttle bus over to the reception hall (about 8 minutes away) where snacks and drinks will be flowing. Dinner will be served around 5 pm, with dancing to follow.

Should I bring a gift to your destination wedding?

Answer

Since you’re traveling for our wedding, you need not bring our physical gift. However, if you choose to browse our wedding registry, any items on the list can be shipped directly to our home address.
