Walker and Sarah both grew up in Charlotte. After Clemson for Walker, and Liberty for Sarah, they both moved back to the Charlotte area. After a short time living in the Uptown area, Walker settled in Fort Mill with his dog, Lincoln. Sarah moved back to Charlotte for a little while and then took a job in Charleston, SC for several years. She fell in love with beach living but the Lord knew it was time for her to meet Walker, so He provided a job for her back in Charlotte. Within a few months, their paths crossed, and the rest is history! We have come to love the Charlotte area and below are a few of our favorite spots as well as some options close to the venue in Concord.

Bank of American Stadium: Carolina Panthers vs Dallas Cowboys

Sports fans! There is a Carolina Panthers vs Dallas Cowboys game Sunday, November 19th from 1pm-5pm.

Southern Christmas Show: The Park Expo & Conference Center

The Southern Christmas Show will be wrapping up November 18th!

Live Music at the Old Mecklenburg Brewing Company

Live music every weekend! Friday @ 6 PM Saturday @ 2 PM Saturday @ 6 PM Sunday @ 1 PM.

WhiteWater Center

5000 Whitewater Center Parkway, Charlotte, NC 28214

We love simply walking around the Whitewater Center! They have both paved and gravel walk ways that loop the main whitewater course as well as a restaurant onsite.

South End Area

South End has numerous restaurants, shopping, and breweries. The Rail Trail runs through a large majority of the area and is a fun atmosphere. We often will park at a restaurant or brewery of choice and then walk around.

Concord Mills Mall

Concord Mills is located 20 minutes from the venue. This mall has an aquarium, theater, dining options, as well as retail stores.
