Some of the favorites of our engagement photos taken by the talented Ashlyn Henry. We started the shoot at our apartment in Logan Square, the first place we lived together and somewhere that will always be very close to our hearts. We each had one cat going into the move - Ayla and Luna - so we of course had to include them in the photo shoot. After pictures at home, we headed to the Art Institute where we faced our fears of posing awkwardly in public - surprisingly Ashlyn was able to mask the awkwardness with her great directing. Standing in front of the Monet exhibits was particularly uncomfortable but all worth it for the end result. Then we stopped at Lurie gardens for pictures with Tori's favorite summer flowers.
