With the Wedding being on the Friday of Labor Day Weekend, we want to emphasize the importance of heading up to Vail, CO at the best times in order to avoid holiday and weekend traffic. Friday will most likely be the heaviest so you may want to plan ahead to arrive sometime on Thursday (the day before the wedding). If you decide to come Friday, you will want to get going in the morning as soon as possible to avoid the most traffic. For those of you who are flying into DIA it usually takes about 2 hours to drive (depending on time of day) but it sure is a breathtaking drive the whole way!

We don't have a room block here, however this is our favorite place to stay in Vail! It is a very short walk to the Donovan Pavilion on the path directly behind the hotel along the river.
