Solstice Weekend
The Solstice in Fairbanks is a big deal and there will be many Solstice events and Midnight Sun Festivals around town. Events include a 10k Midnight Sun Run June 22nd, A Midnight Sun collegiate baseball game on June 21st, a weekend Midnight Sun Festival June 22nd. The Explore Fairbanks website will have more information on all the events. Look around and pick fun things to do. But keep June 29th free for the wedding of Daniel and Peyton!!
HooDoo Brewing Company
A local brewery. If you know Peyton and Daniel then you know they love craft beer. Come to HooDoo and experience local Fairbanks craft beer. Peyton and Daniel come here when they are in town.
Riverboat Discovery
The Riverboat Discovery is an amazing 3 hour river tour up the Chena River on a sternwheeler. Learn interesting Fairbanks history as you travel the Chena River and see a sled dog and bush pilot demonstration and visit a Chena Village living museum.
Pioneer Park
A fun touristy place in the center of town with great information on early Fairbanks. Enjoy a 44- acre Historical Theme park located in the middle of town.

The pipeline is intertwined with Fairbanks. It is part of the boom and bust economy here. There is a great viewing site not too far from town. It is a great picture backdrop.
