Camp casual! Whatever that means to you. As it is late September in Maine, it is hard to know what the weather will be like. You may want to consider bringing an additional warm layer to wear over your formal attire if needed. *Please note that you will definitely be walking on dirt, grass, and rocky paths at times. Make sure you accommodate your feet accordingly.
Please plan to arrive by 3pm. The ceremony will start at 3:30pm and is a 5-10 minute walk from the parking area.
The ceremony will be taking place at the ski beach and the reception will be taking place at the main lodge.

We are leaving this one up to you. It is important to us that YOU are there to celebrate with us, and if that means bringing your kids- then we look forward to celebrating with all of you. If you would rather leave your kids with a sitter or feel you would have a better time without them, that is great too. Only you know what you will need to do to have the best time possible, and we trust you! *Please note that we can not promise that all music will be age-appropriate.
Of course! Cornhole boards will be set up outside the lodge along with various other lawn games for you to enjoy at your leisure.
There will be SO MUCH dancing. Be prepared to throw on a pair of comfy shoes and hit the dance floor. Music range will cover all the decades and genres. We cant wait to see you on the dance floor.
Yes, if you are staying on-site in the cabins you are free to bring food and beverages to enjoy outside of event times.
You will need whatever you need for an overnight stay, twin bedding/sleeping bag/pillow, and we would suggest extra warm clothes in case it is chilly. You will definitely want warm clothes for the bonfire that we'll have once the reception ends. We'd suggest earplugs in case you are sharing a cabin with snorers or are a light sleeper, and a headlamp/flashlight for getting around in the dark.

Great question. The old saying goes "if you don't like the weather in Maine, just wait 5 minutes" and this is absolutely accurate. Our suggestion is that you check the weather often leading up to the wedding and be prepared for absolutely anything. We can definitively say that it gets chilly at night in the Fall so you will definitely want to bring a jacket of some sort.
