Bring Umbrellas
Answer
There is currently a forecast for possible rain. Please bring an umbrella for the walk from your car to the indoor area of the venue if you want to avoid getting wet. We will be having an indoor ceremony if we get rained out of the outdoor garden. The forecast is still uncertain and we may only just have drizzle or even no rain at all (fingers crossed). The official decision for an indoor or outdoor ceremony will be made by the 15th.

Ceremony & Reception Take Place at the Same Venue
Answer
The wedding ceremony will be outdoors in a connected outdoor ceremony space and the reception will be indoors in an adjacent building. Bring jackets for the ceremony which will last about 30 minutes from start time, it may be chilly outside! There is a contingency plan for an indoor ceremony in case of a rainy day, but let's keep our fingers crossed for a day full of sunshine!

There is a Parking Lot Directly Connected To the Venue & Street Parking

If you park in the venue parking lot, it is only a very short walk to the outdoor ceremony area. There is also street parking available. The wedding entrances will be through the parking lot on La Granada street or an archway that can be accessed on the street of Avenida De Acacias. You will not be able to enter through the reception building front doors.

There Will Be An Open Bar
Answer
While the bride and groom do not drink themselves, there will be a small variety of alcohol available to our guests. There will also be champagne provided for a champagne toast. The bar will be open 3:45 PM to 4:45 PM then reopens from 5:15 PM to 9:30 PM. ! Please Drink Responsibly ! While we want you all to have fun and enjoy yourselves, please know your limits, be respectful to other guests, and most importantly get home safely!

Dress for the Occasion
Answer
Cocktail attire is recommended: Wear cocktail dresses, LBDs, dressy jumpsuits, and dark jackets and slacks. However, we leave wardrobe choices up to our guests in the end. All we ask is to please avoid any white, off white, or very bright colors. The wedding colors will be a dusty sage (also known as eucalyptus green), blush pink, white, and gold accents if you are interested in matching the theme.

Bring Your Dancing Shoes!
Answer
The bride loves to dance and has a playlist mix of modern music, merengue and some of the most popular throwbacks. Be ready for a night of fun and dancing!

Food Will Be Buffet Style!
Answer
We will have a buffet style dinner service with appetizers and refreshments. Tables will be called by table number for turns at the buffet. Kids will receive plated meals if their RSVP stated "kids meal".

The venue provides coffee with cream and sugar for our guests. We know you'll need the energy to celebrate to the end of the night!
