We want our guests to have lots of free time during the day to enjoy beautiful Sarasota. It is truly one of our favorite places. We hope you can join us for a welcome dinner on Saturday, January 15, the night before the wedding, and the ceremony and reception will be held on Sunday. The rest of the weekend is yours, whether you want to golf, relax by the pool, walk on the beach, charter a fishing boat, shop or explore other Sarasota sights!

Cocktail Attire. Ceremony, cocktails, and dinner are all outdoors.

PLEASE NOTE TRANSPORTATION DEPARTURE TIME: Trolleys will transport guests from the Ritz-Carlton hotel to the hotel beach club at 3:45pm and will return guests to the hotel following dinner, approximately 8:00pm.
