Question

What should I pack?

Answer

In March, the weather is 70s-80s and sunny during the days. However at night, it can get chilly. While we will have heaters for the wedding, bring warm layers for evening events. Ladies - please wear shoes that you can walk in the sand and dirt road, NO Stilettos! Flats or wedges or broken ankles :)

Question

Can I drink the water?

Answer

Most hotels and some homes have purified tap water, however it is important to check with the host to confirm. If you choose to eat street food or out at a restaurant then double check that the water is clean or stick to bottled water.

Question

What if I have an emergency?

Answer

There is a great 24 hour urgent care in the center of town should you need to visit it... INFO: Saint Judes Address: Heroico Colegio Militar Sn, Centro, 23300 Todos Santos, B.C.S. Phone: +52 612 145 0600

Question

Should we rent a car?

Answer

We will be providing shuttles/transportation for Friday and Saturday nights as there will be limited amounts of parking and we want to make sure every one arrives on time and returns home safely with ease. This being said, we recommend renting a car at the airport. Cactus is our preferred company because it tends to be hassle free. There are also additional companies like Budget, Avis etc, but please be advised that the price you see online does not include required insurance so please be sure to check other insurance options (your personal or amex etc). We will try to help coordinate folks to share rental cars. If it's of interest, please mark on your rsvp! There are NO Ubers in Todos Santos. We recommend Todos Santos Transportion if you want to get shuttled around town/to the beach. There are also some private rental companies: Eric Zhevel - +1 858 519 4717 (whatsapp) Mia Von Loga - +49 1512 812 4056 (whatsapp)

Question

How do I get pesos?

Answer

The airport is NOT the best place to exchange money as they charge a premium. There are two banks in town and you can use your ATM card to withdraw Pesos. (PRO TIP: when the ATM asks you to accept the exchange rate if you decline your bank tends to offer you a better rate). Most places accept CC, however some are only cash but you can often pay in USD.

Question

Is Todos Santos expensive?

Answer

It's a high/low place! You can go very bougie here, but you can also do street tacos. Just check out our recommendations for lots of options to fit the budget you want to spend!
