The Westin Maui Resort & Spa, Ka'anapali

We have secured a room block at the Westin Maui Resort and Spa located in Kaanapali. There are currently a limited number of rooms available - we will monitor if more are required, but they are first come first served! *Deadline: July 31* 1) Call-In Reservations: (808) 921-4651* and mention “Pearson and Castro Wedding Room Block”. *Hours are Monday - Friday from 8:00am - 4:00pm HST. Office is closed on Saturday and Sundays. 2) A deposit equal to 1 night room and tax is required to hold each guest’s reservation. 3) Should anyone need to cancel, they have up until 7-days prior to arrival to cancel without a penalty. Any cancellations within 7-days of arrival will be subject to a 1-night penalty. 4) Resort Fee: In addition to the room rate, the Westin Maui does have a mandatory daily resort fee. It is currently $45.00 plus tax, however it has been discounted to $35.00 per day for your guests who book their room under your room block. 5) Parking: Self Parking is $40.00 plus tax per day, and Valet Parking is $50.00 plus tax per day. 6) Additional Person Charge: The discounted rates are based on single or double occupancy only. There is an extra person charge of $89.00 per person per night. There is no additional charge for children 17 years of age and under sharing the same room as parents and using existing bedding. Maximum occupancy is 4 persons per room. 7) Additional Discounts: The resort has agreed to extend a 10% discount at the resort’s spa (excluding salon products).
